On December 22, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology released the "2020 Zhejiang Digital Workshop/Smart Factory List", which identified a total of 149 projects in the province as the 2020 Zhejiang Digital Workshop/Smart Factory. The "Mechatronics Sewing Equipment Intelligent Factory" built by ShangGong Sewing Machinery (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ShangGong Group, is also among them.

With a total investment of 370 million yuan and a construction area of 60,000 square meters, ShangGong Zhejiang can produce 180,000 flat sewing machines and 100,000 overlaying machines annually, with a total production capacity of 390,000 medium-end sewing machines. It is the automated intelligent manufacturing base with the largest investment, the most advanced equipment and the strongest production capacity in China. 

The company has one Mazak FMS intelligent flexible processing system and three Mazak automatic processing lines, which can meet the requirements of flexible processing of different products' shells and bottom plates, ensuring the high quality of products. Meanwhile, it is equipped with polishing robots and spraying robots to improve the processing efficiency of shells and bottom plates to the industry-leading level.

The company also has dozens of linear and U-shaped assembly lines, automatic casing sorting and conveying lines and automatic packaging lines. By introducing strategic partners developed by honeywell MES intelligent production management system, WCS intelligent storage control system and WMS intelligent warehouse management system, combining with ERP system, formed from raw materials procurement inventory to the semi-finished products processing and assembling to the finished product dispatch the whole process of systematic, digitization, network management, all link information controllable visible traceability, perfect to realize the intelligent production management.
